FAQ

Installation and Usage

Where can I hang your tool holder?
Almost anywhere! We offer two delivery options:
1 - Anchors and keyhole slots for mounting to drywall, plaster and studs.
2 - High-strength adhesive for tile, marble, granite, metal and similar surfaces.
All options are removable without any damage to the surface or the tool holder.

Is it hard to hang a knife rack?
The magnetic knife rack is quick and easy to hang, and we provide installation instructions. Our hanging kit and template will help you ensure that the knife rack ends up where you want it. We are here to help you if you need it.

Will hanging a knife holder cause damage?
Our knife holders are easy to install, remove and relocate with minimal damage in most situations. Our high-strength adhesive can be used on stone and similar surfaces without causing any damage. When installing on drywall, only two small holes (easy to repair) need to be drilled for the wall anchors.

Is the knife holder removable?
Yes! Our magnetic knife holder can be easily removed and reinstalled.

Design and Craftsmanship

Where does your wood come from?
We rely almost entirely on locally recycled wood from South Florida. In addition to sourcing and processing our own local wood, we work closely with a nearby sawmill that specializes in recycled hardwoods. Much of our wood comes from hurricane-damaged trees and landscaping waste.

How to add magnets?
Be careful.

How strong are the magnets?
Strong enough to hold most knives, but not so strong that you strain your muscles trying to pull them out. We use two rows of neodymium magnets, which provide a strong suction force.
Will they work with electric saws? Probably not, and we don't encourage you to try. If you have a heavy knife that won't hold, we can upgrade your knife holder or make you a sturdy new one.

Are all your products truly handmade in the USA?
Yes
