Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the time you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items and personalized items are not eligible for a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@FreyaMiller.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will receive a refund for the original price of the item minus one-way shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Customized items are not returnable. Sale items or gift cards are also not returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and once your return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund. Your refund will be the original purchase price of the item, minus shipping and return shipping costs.
